LMH Homes
Company Slogan
LMH Homes opened for business in 1962 in Liberal, KS. We were one of the first mobile home retailers in the city. The company was ran by Harold Burtzloff who is still active in the business today. Harold is the president of LMH Homes. In 1989 Harold and his wife Ellen moved to Tucson, AZ. While there they opened 4 more retail stores selling manufactured homes. The name of the stores in Arizona are Adobe Homes. You can view Adobe Homes' web site by clicking on the link on our home page.
LMH Homes is a family business. Harold's sons, Dennis Burtzloff & Danny Burtzloff, currently run and manage the business. Both have grown up in the manufactured housing business and have a very vast knowledge of the industry.
Danny is involved with the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for KMHA since 1997. Currently he is serving as the president. Added to his duties Danny is also a Board member of the Liberal Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the President of the board.
Dennis has been involved in the community as well. He is a past member of the Seward County/Kismet Planning & Zoning Board.
