The price of the home is FOB the factory in Burleson, TX. The price of the home does not include any set up or installation of the home once it reaches your home site. You are responsible for having the home installed to the local codes. We recommend you use only licensed installers for the proper installation of your home.
The home is constructed for Wind Zone 1 locations. The Design Roof Load is for the South Zone at 20 PSF. The U/O Value Zone (Thermal) is Zone 2. To view which different zone you are in you can click on the different buttons on the left side of the screen. You can contact your local building officials if you are not sure of your local requirements.
You will need to go through the different sections listed on the left side of the screen even if you do not wish to add anything to the home. There are colors and styles to be selected such as carpet color, wall vinyl color and counter top color. We have included a handy checklist to help you as you navigate through the web site. Click on the checklist button on the left side of the screen and a printable checklist will open.

After selecting your home model, you will need to continue on through the various sections, i.e. applicances, doors & windows, etc., selecting the different options you want in your home. Once you have done this, you should view your cart to make sure your home is exactly how you want it.
Once you have your new home how you want it, you should proceed to checkout. Upon checking out, your order will be sent to us. We will review the order and contact you about arranging your payment for the home. We take payments three ways, you may mail a certified check or money order, or you may arrange a wire transfer. Once payment is received, we will schedule your home for production. At the present time, your new home should be ready for shipment in approximately 4 - 6 weeks after payment.
